Shocking 9-yr-old sexually harassed by tuition teacher in Kashmir
Srinagar: The district police has arrested a teacher by profession accused of sexually harassing and ‘inappropriately touch’ a 9-year-old in Srinagar.
A minor was allegedly sexually harassed by her tuition teacher and the police has registered a case in Srinagar’s Chanpura Police Station.
As per the information shared by the police in a tweet, the man has been identified as Abdul Wahid Bhat S/o Abdul Rehman Bhat, a resident of Khan colony Chanapora.
The accused confessed to his crime, noted the police in the tweet. The case has been registered under 354 IPC and 12 POCSO act.
