The Supreme Court termed former Pakistan Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s arrest in the Al-Qadir Trust Case, ‘unlawful,’ and ordered that he be released immediately.
Imran Khan was arrested outside Islamabad High Court and sent to the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) remand for 8 days in the Al-Qadir Trust land deal case and was also indicted in the Toshakhana corruption case by a Pakistan court.
