Selection List of the candidates for the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, various Districts and Kashmir/Jammu Division, under Item Nos. 173, 202, 216, 258, 259, 312, 325, 331, 340, 349, 353, 359, 367, 375, 382, 392 and 410, respectively of Health and Medical Education Department, Advertisement No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021-Release of withheld recommendations.
Kindly refer to this office letter No. JKSSB/Sel/Secy/2022- 23/357-61 dated 28.02.2023 regarding the subject cited above, where-under the Selection List for the post of Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse, belonging to various cadres, under Item Nos. 173, 202, 216, 258, 259, 312, 325, 331, 340, 349, 353, 359, 367, 375, 382, 392 and 410, Health and Medical Education Department, advertised vide No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021, was forwarded to your department for further course of action.
In the aforementioned Selection List, among others, the recommendation in
respect of two candidates namely Mr. Waseem Rasool S/o Gulam Rasool Akhoon, R/o Peer Mohalla, Magam, SK Pora, District Budgam and Ms. Arouf Mushtaq D/o Mushtaq Ahmad, R/o Dr. Ali Jan Road, Firdous Colony, Aali Masjid, Eidgah, District Srinagar, figuring at S. No. 45/OM and S. No. 05/EWS respectively, for the post of “Junior Staff Nurse/Junior Grade Nurse”, Div. Cadre Kashmir, under Item No. 216, was kept withheld.
The case was further examined and placed before the Board in its 223rd
meeting which decided to release the withheld recommendation of these two candidates subject to furnishing of an affidavit duly sworn in before a Judicial Magistrate.
